To finalize the Format Change for the S700-WP machine you must to follow the following steps:
- Insert the value of the mold's heigth
- Insert the value of the mold's attaching plate
- Insert the value of the rod's heigth
- insert the value of the mobile mold's heigth
- remove the previous mold using the clamping device in the rod's end
- remove the previous moving mold mold using the two M8 screws in the moving mold's attaching plate
- remove the under mold using the clamping device in the under mold pump
- move the extraction sticks away form the operating zone
- put on the new moving mold mold using the two M8 screws in the moving mold's attaching plate
- put on the new mold using the clamping device in the rod's also alining it with the moving mold
- put on the new under mold using the clamping device in the under mold pump also alling it with the mold
- move the extraction sticks alining it at their hole in the mold, sure thay aren't touching the mold in all the movement
- if necessary replace the blades/brushes for the vertical wrap
- replace all the blades for the horizontal wrap, sure they are locked and alined properly, if necessary replace the blade's support with a model compatible with the format
- relpace all the swabs, sure they are locked and alined properly
