To finalize the Format Change for the S700-GL machine you must to follow the following steps:
- Insert the value of paper's total lenght
- Insert the desired value of traction lenght
- Open the frontal guides according to the paper using the wheel on the left
- Open the guiding rod according to the paper unlocking it and relocking once in position
- Charge the paper on the charging plane
- Unlock the Sheet Feeder, put it at the correct distance from the sheet feeder frontal plat according to the sheet lenght and lock it.
- Put the Sheet Feeder's paper guide at the correct distance according to the paper
- Move the traction wheels, the guide anc the disjoying blades according to the paper
- Ensure that all the components are locked on their position
- Pull up the plane until the paper reaches the Sheet Feeder and automatically stops
- Put the machine on the Automatic mode
