The S700 line is an automatic line for production of high quality coated rigid boxes of various sizes.

It's organized in a series of machines which work in combination to complete the finished product as soon as possible.

The line is managed by the PLC located within the control panel of the S700-WP which controls the various machines on the base of the programs and command inserted by the machine operators.

In the following images you can see both the machine layout and the functioning layout.

All the machines composing the S700 line work sequentially as each previous one prepares the semi-finished product to be finished during the next stage. The operator must ensure the correct and continuous power supply of both the S700-GL and the S700-QS respectively.

As the whole line is managed by a single PLC, all the machines that make up the S700 line are all interconnected, so you can start and stop all production from each line operator panel without any consequence on other machines. In the event of an emergency, each machine has an instantaneous stop button that workes on the entire line; in this case, in order to resume it, the operator must reset the line.
